We are currently seeking submissions for our 2012/2013 catalogue in the following areas:

Genre Fiction

Romance in the following sub-genres:

Contemporary Romance/Erotic Contemporary Romance
Fantasy with Romantic elements
Urban Fantasy
Paranormal Romance
Romantic Science Fiction
Romantic Suspense/Erotic Romantic Suspense

Heat Level: from spicy to erotic.

Word Count: 40,000 - 100,000

Historical Fiction

Short stories set in Northern New York: Lake Bonaparte, Harrisville, surrounding areas. Time Period: Late 19th century to early 20th century. Stories can be in 1st or 3rd person and should be in the style of Historical Fiction. Word Count: 5000 - 10,000 words.
Submission Deadline: September 30, 2011

Children & Young Adult Fiction

Middle Reader and Young Adult Fiction in a variety of genres.

Middle Reader fiction should be targeted for Tweens and middle school readers. Content and language should be age appropriate (8 - 14). Word Count: 40,000 - 80,000.
Young Adult Fiction should be targeted for High School readers. Content, themes and language should be age appropriate. (15 - 19). Word Count - 50,000 - 100,000.

Themes we are particularly interested in:

Coming of Age - targeting tween boys.
Action Adventure
Thrillers

****Special Submission:
Fiction from writers between ages of 10 - 17. Work should be written primarily by child. It can be in any genre of fiction, in 1st or 3rd person. Word Count: 1000 - 5000 words. Submission deadline:December 15, 2011.

We accept a limited number of manuscripts from open submissions. The best way for your work to be accepted is to schedule an appointment with one of our editors at various Pitching events. Check the Event schedule to find out where we will be next. You are welcome to submit to us cold, but 90% of our manuscripts are selected after a face to face meeting between our editors and the author.

Erotic Paranormal Romance Anthology

We are seeking submissions for an erotic anthology for a Spring 2012 release. Submissions should be between 15,000 - 20,000 words and must end with a HEA or emotionally satisfying result. Romantic elements can be couples or multiples.

Sensuality level: Erotic.
